Artist's Description

Challenger Firing by Roy Pedersen.The Challenger Tank replaced the Chieftain as the main battle tank of the Royal Armoured Corps in the British Army.It was issued to the 17/21st Lancers an Elite Cavalry Regiment whose ancestors rode in the Charge of the Light Brigade in 1854 during the Crimean War.On the right of the image the projectile can be seen going towards the target.The original image contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.

While in the army, I learned to Scuba dive and after leaving the forces I began working as a freelance Scuba Diving Instructor and photographer.
