The Parachute Regiment are also known as the Paras. It is an airborne infantry regiment of the British Army.The Parachute Regiment is one of the most elite units in the world.There are four battalions in the regiment. The first battalion is part of the Special Forces Support Group under the operational command of the Director Special Forces.
